As a consultant I strongly believe that it is the business requirements and needs of customers, employees, investors and suppliers that drive information technology requirements, and define what IT solutions should deliver as part of any implementation.
I have a very good understanding of gathering business requirements, managing expectations and managing the scope of projects. Part of my experience includes building development and support teams, managing them and then handing over control to clients or to client’s outsourced suppliers.
